At the inclusive kitchen we have created workshops for those who have little or no experience, need to build self confidence in the kitchen or want to develop their skills. We also have developed workshops for children and young adults (11-25) who have moderate learning difficulties.

A traditional puddings workshop from treacle sponge pudding to apple crumble, we will learn the basics and develop the different options and what that could look like for your culinary development.
Moving on from the basic skills in cookery course, we will build on your knowledge, and practice new recipes. This would be good for anyone who is feeling less than confident in the kitchen, who would like to move on from takeaways and ready made meals.
Cooking every day if you are not a passionate cook (and even if you are) can be challenging. Their are different aspects of life that can and will decide what it is you want to cook.
This workshop will provide a few dishes, that you can adapt to suit what is in your fridge/freezer and what time you have to cook.
These workshops are specifically designed for children (age 11 upwards) and young adults that may also have moderate learning difficulties, who want to have fun and at the same time develop thier independence.
The Childrens workshops may require parents or carers to stay with them for the duration of the course.
